Numerical simulation of speckle field in polychromatic light

Fundamental description of the origin and properties of the speckle effect is usually based on the assumption that light is monochromatic. However, real sources of light have a finite spectral width. The aim of the thesis is a proposal of the speckle effect formation for illumination of an object by the polychromatic light. By means of the proposed program it will be possible to study an effect of the spectral width on the properties of the simulated speckle pattern, or on the accuracy of selected speckle measurement method.
